StoragePilot provides messaging infrastructure used by self-storage facilities that use our platform (each, a “Participating Facility”). These SMS Terms apply to individuals who receive SMS communications sent through StoragePilot on behalf of a Participating Facility.

2. Program Name and Description

Program Name: StoragePilot SMS Notifications

By opting in or initiating contact, you agree to receive SMS communications related to your interactions with a Participating Facility, which may include:

• Reservation and rental support
• Facility and account-related information
• Billing and service support communications
• Follow-up messages related to an active support inquiry

This SMS program is intended for customer care and operational support communications. Marketing or promotional SMS content is not included in this program.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile number and opting in, or by initiating an SMS conversation with a Participating Facility, you authorize the Participating Facility (using StoragePilot) to send SMS messages to the number provided in connection with your inquiry or account. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity, requests, and account status with the Participating Facility.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

6. Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

7. Supported Carriers and Availability

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Participating Facility Responsibility

Each Participating Facility is responsible for its own messaging content, consent collection, and customer relationship practices. StoragePilot provides the messaging platform infrastructure.
